Haryana Colleges Merit list 2025 for UG Admisions

Department of Higher Education (DHE), Haryana is going to declared 1st Merit list for admission in UG courses of All Haryana on 25 June 2025 as per revised schedule. DHE has started centralized admission process for undergraduate (UG) programs including BA, BSc, B.Com, BBA, and BCA under NEP‑2020 framework for which online forms filled from 19 May to 16 June 2025. Admissions in all UG colleges of Haryana for the academic session 2025–26 are conducted via the official portal admissions.highereduhry.ac.in. DHE Haryana Merit lists of all UG colleges will be declared online at this portal.

Admissions are to be done in 3 counselling rounds for UG admissions i.e.
  1. 1st Merit List
  2. 2nd Merit List
  3. Physical Counselling
First Provisional Merit list will be declared followed by final merit list declared next day. Those who find their name and college allotted in list, will have to report as per schedule mentioned below.

3. Haryana Colleges Merit List Release: Key Dates

  • 1st Merit List: Provisional on 25 June; final on 26 June 2025

  • 2nd Merit List: Provisional on 2 July; final on 3 July 2025

  • Physical counselling and late-fee admissions follow thereafter.

4. UG Admission Steps

  1. Register and apply via admissions.highereduhry.ac.in.

  2. Haryana Colleges Merit list generated based on class-12 marks (plus any weightage).

  3. Check status via "Know Your Result" using registration credentials 

  4. Verify documents at college.

  5. Pay the required fee upon selection.

  6. Attend physical counselling if not allotted online.

5. Haryana Colleges Admission Merit List Content & Seat Allotment

Merit lists include the following information per candidate:

  • Merit rank

  • Registration ID

  • Name

  • Father’s name

  • Date of birth

  • Category

  • Percentage scored in class 12 (with/without weightage)

  • Course and college allotted

Seat allotment is strictly merit-based, with reservation policies applied.

6. Required Documents (At Admission)

  • Class 10/12 mark sheets and pass certificates

  • Domicile certificate

  • Caste/income certificate (if applicable)

  • Aadhar card or other valid photo ID

  • Passport-size photograph

  • Gap-year affidavit (if relevant)

  • Sports/NCC/NSS certificates (if applicable)

  • Allotment letter if any

7. Counselling & Fee Payment

  • Fee payment deadlines are linked to merit list rounds.

  • Physical counselling is mandatory for leftover seats.

  • Late fee applies if the portal is reopened after final list release.

  • Seat confirmation depends on payment and document verification by college.
