New Haryana DC Rate Salary 2025 per month - Know HKRN Salary 2025 of All employees

Haryana Government has increased Nigam Rates of HKRN employees working in various departments by 5% effective from 01 July 2025. Last year in 2024, rates were increased by 8% from 01 July 2024. Districts has been divided in 3 categories with little different rates for each. New rates are given in table below. These DC Rates / Nigam Rate will be increased by every year in adjustment to inflation by the govt.
DC rate posts are different from regular / permanent posts as these posts depend on govt policies subject to change from time to time. Also salary of these HKRN posts is a bit low as no allowances are given to employees as in case of regular posts having pay scale as per Haryana pay matrix.
List of districts:
1. Category 1: Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonipat, Panchkula and Chandigarh and Delhi Offices of Haryana Govt.
2. Category 2: Kurukshetra, Bhiwani, Jind, Palwal, Karnal, Panipat, Ambala, Rewari, Kaithal, Yamunanagar, Jhajjar, Rohtak, Hisar.
3. Category 3: Mahendragarh, Nuh, Sirsa, Fatehabad, Charkhi Dadri.
Metropolitan cities with 10+ lakh population comes under category 1 and category 3 have districts with low cost of living. Remaining are in category 2.
DC rates has been declared Level-wise, and Experience based by HKRNL as per category of district as given in table below.

HKRN nigam rates has been set as per work assigned to employees, their level of job, allotted district and experience. Haryana Part Time Workers Daily / Hourly Wages
Haryana Government has increased daily and hourly wage rates of employees who work on part time, daily or hourly wages as notified on 01 July 2025. New rates will be applicable from 01 January 2025. Below are the rates:
If Monthly wages is:
- Rs. 19900 = 19900x(1/26) = Rs. 765.38 or 765 daily
- Rs. 24100 = 24100x(1/26) = Rs. 926.92 or 927 daily
If a fraction is more than 50 paise, then amount will be upgraded to next rupee. If it is below 50 paise, then amount will be ignored.
